Emotions is a stage of feeling such as love, sad, stress, fear, happiness or hatred it creates according to situations

How much emotion is required in the workplace?

One can easily say “Try to balance the same or don’t bring emotions here”. But easy to say then done.

As you are not the machine you are the one who is operating it. No matter how much hype artificial intelligence get a natural intelligence will always have the last say. Emotions are required to get motivated. Emotions are required to work as a team.

Moreover, the question is how much do you need! Common sense is rare and so are balanced emotions. There are chances of getting carried away. So the best way I can think is to break into pieces. We are dealing with the question of emotions that too in our professional life. At our workstation. So what brings us to the office?

Set of friends or the work we do. If your office mates are more interesting than your work than mate you need to balance your emotional investment. Your work report is your character certificate in your office. How bad it may sound but the fact remains intact. End of the day everyone will judge you there. So it’s good to be clear on your part. Invest your emotions in your work it will make your relationship with your team better. It will help you to have an emotional balance. Ultimately the best professionals are they who converted their emotions into their passion. If you enjoy what you do people will love your company.

Sometimes you end up messing up because of your own personal life which you end up carrying at the workplace; that’s pretty natural. One can always try to be careful and calmly handle the situation.

Nonetheless, no matter the situation, never let your emotions overpower your intelligence.

We always mix emotions and moods but emotions usually are connected with explicit proceedings or incidence and are extreme enough to interrupt thought processes. Moods, on the other hand, are more generalized feelings or states that are not typically identified with a particular stimulus and not adequately intense to break off existing thought processes. There can be many consequences for allowing negative emotions to affect your general attitude or mood at work.

It is a prominent characteristic of both professional and personal life.
